About Me
A high school principal who knows what actually gets candidates hired
I’m a high school principal at Missouri Virtual Academy, where I’ve spent years interviewing and hiring teachers and assistant principals. I understand what hiring teams are actually looking for and what causes candidates to stand out or get overlooked.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple roles in education, including instructional coaching, career and technical education leadership, and classroom teaching. That experience allows me to support candidates from multiple angles; not just what to say in an interview, but how to present their experience clearly and confidently.
I focus on practical, direct feedback that helps candidates improve quickly. Whether it’s refining a resume, strengthening interview responses, or preparing for a specific district, my goal is simple: help you walk into your interview prepared and leave a strong impression. If you’re preparing for an interview and want clear, honest feedback from someone who makes hiring decisions, I’d be glad to work with you.
